How do I choose the correct Gi size?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page. Generally, sizes range from A0 to A6 for men, and F1 to F4 for women. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up as some minimal shrinkage may occur after the first wash.
What is the shipping time for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a Gi if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that used protective equipment like mouthguards cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How should I care for my Tatami Gi to ensure it lasts?
To prolong the life of your Gi, always wash it in cold water and hang dry. Avoid using bleach or a tumble dryer, as high heat can damage the collar and cause excessive shrinkage.
